FAQ’s

Please note, every seat reserved in your party must order high tea, no exceptions.  High Teas are per person and not shareable.   We require a credit card to hold all reservations, you are not charged at time of booking but a no show, will result in a $40 charge per person.  We require at least 24 hours notice of change in party size. If you book for 10 and 6 show on the day without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged for $40 per no-show guests. Please respect our reservation policies, we are a small restaurant, and space is limited. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please review our frequently asked questions carefully.   We are open 7 days a week serving High Tea all day, please note our Lunch Menu is only offered Monday – Friday (*not available on stat holidays) and in the month of December. Weekend reservations require all guests to order from our High Tea Menu.

We offer our High Teas from open to close 7 days a week, anytime is High Tea at Neverland. Our seating time is 1.5 hours, we kindly ask you respect our seating times during busy days. Reservation times are 11:00-12:30, 12:30-2:00, 2:00-3:30 and 3:30-5:00.  Please note we are a very small space and do not allow strollers in the restaurant for the safety of your little ones.

Yes lunch is available Monday to Friday only (not available on stat holidays)  Starting December 9th, our lunches will no longer be available in December we are only serving high teas until the end of the holiday season.

We offer gluten/dairy omitted, vegetarian and vegan. Please indicate in your reservation notes whether anyone in your party will be ordering our Gluten & Dairy Free or Vegan & Gluten Free options.

We highly recommend you make a reservation, especially on weekends and holidays, we book up very quickly on these days.  Please indicate in your reservation notes whether anyone in your party will be ordering our Gluten & Dairy Free or Vegan & Gluten Free options.

No, we only offer High Teas, everyone in your party must order a high tea, our seating capacity is now limited to half of what we were and we ask you respect that all seating is for High Tea orders only on weekends

High Tea consists of petite finger sandwiches, delicate sweets and a freshly baked scone. High teas are per person, it is about the same as having a regular lunch

Sorry, but no substitutions please, however if there is an allergy alert we will accommodate.

Neverland is casual, however we love when our guests dress up for tea and wear their fabulous fascinators!

Yes, you may book an event after hours at Neverland Tea Salon

Minimum guests is 20 maximum is 25. (Please note that you may book for less than 20 people, however the minimum spend is $1,000 (over and above room fee charge) which may be attained with purchase of alcohol, retail tea or gift cards.)

  • Non-refundable room fee of $500 is due upon booking
  • Seating time is 2.5 hours
  • Tables will be arranged according to Provincial Health Orders in effect.
  • Orders must be all high teas, cost is per person and is as follows:
  1. Adults $50 per person
  2. Children $40 per person

Evening buyouts after 6:15 PM are available for 2.0 hours, room fee is $500 (non-refundable) plus the above pricing for high teas, above prices do not include alcohol, taxes or auto gratuity of 20%. Over time is at a rate of $120 per half hour or portion there of.

No grace for no show guests, if booked for 18 people and only 16 show, fee will be for 18 people.

 

Only one check per table for all large parties no exceptions.

Yes, parties of 5 or more is 20%.  Gratuities on private buy outs is 22%

Our largest table sits 10 people, parties of 5 or more are charged an automatic gratuity of 20%.

No, your credit card is to secure your reservation, however if not cancelled within our 24 hour cancellation policy a no show fee of $30 per person will be charged

We do delight in our Tinkerbell High Tea for ages 12 and under, and enjoy looking at their faces when the server brings it to their table. We have 2 high chairs for little ones, and ask that strollers not be brought into the restaurant.

Sorry all strollers must be left outside or in vehicles, for Health & Safety reasons, we do not allow strollers inside

No we have porcelain wares for our Vegan guests.

Yes, we offer over 60 types of tea from herbals, greens, whites, oolongs, black and rooibos teas

Certainly! We offer our teas in 100 and 150 gram bags or decorative tins.

Yes, on our website and at our Tea Bar.

Yes! We do seasonal as well as specialty towers on Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas.  Prices vary from our regular towers on these dates.

Yes all seats reserved must order high teas

You may certainly bring your own cake, however we do charge $1.00 per person for cutting fees.

Yes you can, we charge a $30 per bottle corkage fee.

We ask that you only bring table top decorations, nothing may sit on the floor or be taped on walls.

Although we are not a gluten free environment, we take every possible precaution to prevent cross-contamination. Our baking is done separately on clean surfaces with clean bowls and utensils, all our products are sourced to be gluten free.

Tea in its purest form is celebrated at Neverland with over 60 types of teas sourced from 10 suppliers on 4 continents.

Yes!  We are please to announce Neverland Tea Cottage, with be opening June 23, 2021 in the beautiful heart of wine country, Naramata, B.C.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Only our Grande Adventure High Tea is available in choices including gluten and dairy omitted, vegan and vegetarian. We also have a great selection of sparkling wines and our signature tea-infused cocktails.

Absolutely! And we can customize a cocktail to your tastes!

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to put up decorations, only table top decorations are allowed.

We have a Murphy bed stage and we have a surround sound system that guests can use, however we do not have a television or projector at Neverland at this time.
